Ring Exchange Policy • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt; provided the item is still in good condition and available in store. • Delivery costs (both ways) will be the responsibility of the customer. • Custom-made and engraved rings are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Do you sell Gold in grams/ weight? Custom made designs are not same as commercial production sold in local gold markets as such molding, importation charges, as well as exchange rates are huge determinant factors in our prices.
